Schools have an unusually rigid timetable and a workforce that genuinely cannot step away mid-lesson. Supply cover is expensive and disruptive. Meanwhile staff spend the day in enclosed rooms with thirty children right through the flu season.

How we run it

Inset days first

The single best clinic date in a school year. No timetable to work around and full staff attendance already expected.

Before school and after school

Where an inset day is not available, clinics from 07:30 or from 15:30 catch most of the teaching staff.

Support staff included by design

Teaching assistants, office staff, catering, caretaking and cleaning are frequently forgotten in school clinics and are exposed to exactly the same environment.

Trust and MAT sequencing

For multi-academy trusts we run a sequence across schools with consolidated reporting to the central team.

Note on pupil vaccination

We vaccinate staff, not pupils. The children's influenza programme in schools is commissioned separately through NHS school-age immunisation services, and nothing we do interacts with or substitutes for it. If you are looking for pupil vaccination, your local NHS commissioning route is the correct one.

The standard service

Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. Seasonal flu vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. The clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport, and vaccinations are charged only when given. Beyond 100 miles of central London, we run full-day clinics only, whatever your team size, and travel or overnight costs may be added to your quote.
