Flu vaccination for law firms and chambers

Where every interrupted hour is a billed hour, the clinic has to be fast, scheduled and genuinely discreet.

The constraint

Legal practices present a specific version of the office problem. Fee earners are protective of their time in a way that salaried staff are not, seniority differences affect who feels able to step away, and confidentiality norms make people wary of anything that looks like health information passing through the firm.

How we run it

Tight appointment blocks

We run to ten-minute slots with a visible end time so partners can see exactly what it costs them.

Early and late coverage

Clinics either side of the core working day catch fee earners who will not interrupt the middle of it.

Support staff scheduled separately

Secretarial, facilities and business services teams are often the group most exposed to walk-in visitors and the group most likely to be squeezed out of a clinic scheduled around fee earners. We give them their own block.

Confidentiality

Your firm never sees who attended, who declined or what they disclosed. Employees complete their own screening directly with us, individual clinical records stay with the pharmacy, and you receive aggregate uptake only. For a profession that thinks carefully about information barriers, this is usually the question that gets asked first.

We are ICO registered under ZC183917 and process clinic data under UK GDPR.

The standard service

From £11.99 per person, reducing with team size. Quadrivalent vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. No setup fee, and you pay only for vaccinations actually given.

Common questions

Will partners see who attended?

No. You receive aggregate uptake figures only. Individual attendance and any clinical information stay with us as the registered pharmacy.

Can you run outside core hours?

Yes. Early morning and late afternoon blocks are standard for legal clients and carry no premium.

Do you cover chambers as well as firms?

Yes, including sets where members are self-employed. Billing can be arranged to chambers or to individual members.
