Service
Quotes are valid for 30 days. For flu clinics, the written quote confirms the per-vaccination price, including vaccine, pharmacist administration, clinical screening, consent management and aggregate post-clinic reporting. Other occupational vaccinations and antibody testing are quoted separately. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Confirm any fee, payment deadline, deposit requirement and arrangements for changes in headcount in writing before accepting your booking. Our pharmacists retain the clinical right to refuse vaccination where it would not be safe or appropriate; you are only charged for vaccinations administered.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
