Most employers combine the first and third. An on-site clinic covers the head office, and vouchers pick up home workers and field staff.
We would rather give you the honest version than a headline figure. The published evidence on workplace vaccination and absence reduction is mixed, because effect size depends heavily on how well the season's vaccine matches circulating strains and how much of your workforce takes part. Independent reviews have found reductions in influenza-like illness among vaccinated working-age adults, with a smaller and less certain effect on total days of absence.
What is not in dispute: vaccination reduces an individual's risk of influenza, and uptake rises sharply when the clinic comes to the workplace rather than the other way round. If you are going to fund vaccination at all, delivering it on site is what makes the spend land.
The UK flu season typically runs from October to March, with peak circulation between December and February. Immunity takes around two weeks to develop and wanes over the season, so October and early November is the operational sweet spot for most employers.
Booking earlier than that matters more than you would expect. Vaccine supply is ordered against forecast, and clinic dates in the first half of October are usually committed by late summer. If you are reading this in September, you are at the back end of comfortable, not too late.
You need a private room with a table, two chairs and a sink or hand-sanitiser point. We bring everything else, including the sharps bin. A pharmacist vaccinates roughly 10 to 12 people per hour, so a team of 60 is comfortably a half day.

Yes. Vaccination is always voluntary. Every employee completes an individual consent form and can withdraw at any point, including on the day.
Yes. We run clinics UK-wide from our London base, with regional pharmacist cover for sites outside the South East. Travel is included in the quoted price.
Our pharmacist screens each person individually before administration. Anyone with a contraindication, an acute febrile illness or a relevant allergy is deferred and advised appropriately. You are not charged for deferrals.
