Flu vaccination for manufacturing and production sites

Production does not stop for a clinic, so the clinic has to work around production.

The constraint

A manufacturing site cannot release ten people at once. Lines are balanced, cover is thin, and pulling operators out in blocks costs output. Add multi-shift working and a workforce that may include significant numbers of people whose first language is not English, and a standard office-style clinic fails badly.

How we run it

Rolling release, not booked slots

Your shift supervisor sends people one or two at a time as the line allows. We hold the room open rather than working to a list.

Handover-aligned attendance

Clinics positioned at shift changeover so staff are vaccinated on paid time without extending anyone's day.

Multilingual consent

Screening and consent materials available in additional languages where your workforce needs them, so consent is genuinely informed rather than nominally obtained.

Site induction completed in advance

PPE, safety briefing and any site-specific access requirement handled before the clinic date, not on the morning.

Tetanus and other exposures

Manufacturing risk assessments often identify more than influenza. Tetanus, diphtheria and polio boosters are common where there is groundwork, metalwork or wound risk, and some processes bring other exposures into scope. Where that applies we deliver it as part of an occupational health vaccination programme rather than a standalone flu clinic.

The standard service

From £11.99 per person, reducing with team size. Quadrivalent vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. No setup fee, and you pay only for vaccinations actually given.

Common questions

Can you vaccinate night shift?

Yes. Night and twilight shift attendance is standard and carries no premium.

How do you avoid stopping the line?

We work to rolling release controlled by your supervisor rather than a fixed appointment list, so staff come one or two at a time as cover allows.

Can you provide consent forms in other languages?

Yes. Tell us which languages your workforce needs at the scoping call.
