Multilingual consent

Screening and consent materials available in additional languages where your workforce needs them, so consent is genuinely informed rather than nominally obtained.

Site induction completed in advance

PPE, safety briefing and any site-specific access requirement handled before the clinic date, not on the morning.

Tetanus and other exposures

Manufacturing risk assessments often identify more than influenza. Discuss work-related exposures and existing vaccination records with the clinician; a job or sector alone does not establish a need for a booster. Where that applies we deliver it as part of an occupational health vaccination programme rather than a standalone flu clinic.

The standard service

Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. Seasonal flu vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. The clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport, and vaccinations are charged only when given. Beyond 100 miles of central London, we run full-day clinics only, whatever your team size, and travel or overnight costs may be added to your quote.
