Flu vaccination for offices and corporate head offices

The easiest clinic to run and the one where communication, not logistics, decides your uptake.

The constraint

Office clinics are operationally simple. Everyone is in one building, there is a meeting room, and nobody is operating machinery. The constraint is diary pressure. People will skip a vaccination they broadly want if it means interrupting a block of calls.

How we run it

Appointment slots, not drop-in

Ten-minute booked slots let people place the vaccination where it does least damage to their day. Drop-in clinics in office environments produce queues at lunchtime and nothing at all between two and four.

Floor-by-floor scheduling

For multi-floor occupancies we work through the building in sequence so walking time does not eat the slot.

Second date for the diary casualties

In any office of 100 or more, ten to fifteen people will genuinely intend to attend and genuinely fail to. A short follow-up clinic or a voucher allocation catches them.

What drives uptake in an office

Office populations are the most communication-sensitive group we vaccinate. Three things consistently move the number: a named senior person visibly booking the first slot, clear confirmation that the company is paying and the time is work time, and more than one announcement. A single all-staff email a week before the clinic reliably produces disappointing attendance.

We supply the announcement copy and a personalised employee FAQ for you to circulate. What we cannot supply is the internal credibility, which is why the senior booking matters.

The standard service

From £11.99 per person, reducing with team size. Quadrivalent vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. No setup fee, and you pay only for vaccinations actually given.

Common questions

How much space do we need?

One private room with a table, two chairs and hand-washing or sanitiser access. A standard meeting room is fine.

Will it disrupt the working day?

Around five minutes per person including screening and observation. With booked slots the disruption is effectively invisible at team level.

What about our hybrid staff?

Vouchers cover anyone whose in-office days do not align with the clinic. Most office clients run a combined clinic and voucher programme.
