Where staff cannot leave desks during market hours, we work the clinic around open and close rather than through the middle of the session.
Procurement and due diligence
Financial services firms usually run a supplier check. We are a GPhC-registered pharmacy (registration 9013230), registered at Companies House under 17163944, ICO registered under ZC183917, and carry full professional indemnity and public liability cover. Our superintendent pharmacist is Abadullah Daulatzai (GPhC 2240109).
Registration can be verified independently through the General Pharmaceutical Council register. We would rather you checked.
The standard service
Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. Seasonal flu vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. The clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport, and vaccinations are charged only when given. Beyond 100 miles of central London, we run full-day clinics only, whatever your team size, and travel or overnight costs may be added to your quote.

Yes, supplied at quotation. GPhC registration can also be verified independently on the public register.
How do you handle large floorplates?
Multiple pharmacists working in parallel. A 300-person floor is normally cleared within a single working day.
Who is the data controller for the clinical data?
We are, as the registered pharmacy. You receive aggregate coverage data only, which keeps you clear of holding employee health data without a lawful basis.
