How we run it

Cleanroom and controlled-area awareness

We work outside classified areas. Clinics run in adjacent office or welfare space, with gowning requirements respected rather than negotiated.

Documented batch and administration records

Batch numbers, expiry, administration site and administering pharmacist recorded per dose, to a standard that will survive audit.

Exposure-led immunisation

Hepatitis B for staff handling human tissue, blood or certain agents. Hepatitis A, MMR and varicella where indicated.

Shift coverage for manufacturing

Production sites running continuous operation covered at handover, as with any manufacturing environment.

Audit and documentation

Regulated manufacturers often need vaccination records that stand up to inspection. Our per-dose record includes date, vaccine, batch number, expiry, anatomical site, route and the administering pharmacist's GPhC number. Aggregate coverage is reported to you; identifiable clinical records remain with us as the registered pharmacy.

The standard service

Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. Seasonal flu vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. The clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport, and vaccinations are charged only when given. Beyond 100 miles of central London, we run full-day clinics only, whatever your team size, and travel or overnight costs may be added to your quote.
