Flu vaccination for contact centres and customer support
High-density floors, measured adherence and an absence problem that bites harder here than almost anywhere.
The constraint
Contact centres combine the worst of two worlds for transmission: people sitting close together for full shifts, and a performance culture built on adherence that makes stepping away from the desk feel costly. Absence hits service levels immediately and visibly, which makes the business case here unusually easy.
How we run it
Scheduled into shrinkage
We work with your resource planning team so vaccination slots sit inside planned shrinkage rather than appearing as unplanned adherence loss.
Rolling release by team
Team leaders release one or two advisors at a time, keeping the floor staffed throughout.
Full shift coverage
Evening and weekend teams included by default. In 24-hour operations we cover night shift too.
The absence maths
Contact centres are one of the few environments where the cost of absence is measured precisely enough to make the comparison concrete. You know your cost per hour of unplanned absence and your December shrinkage. Set the per-person vaccination cost against a realistic assumption about avoided absence days and you get a defensible number rather than a vague claim about wellbeing.
We would not claim to know what that number is for your operation. You almost certainly do.
The standard service
Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. Seasonal flu vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. The clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport, and vaccinations are charged only when given. Beyond 100 miles of central London, we run full-day clinics only, whatever your team size, and travel or overnight costs may be added to your quote.

Common questions
Will the clinic affect our service levels?
Not if it is planned into shrinkage. We work with resource planning rather than around them, and release advisors on a rolling basis so the floor stays staffed.
Can you cover evening and weekend shifts?
Yes, including night shift in 24-hour operations.
Planning a clinic for contact centres
We run a contact centre, can appointments be built into shrinkage and adherence planning?
Yes. Five-minute slots fit neatly into workforce-management plans. Release small groups at staggered times to protect service levels, with a catch-up window for anyone who misses their slot.
