Volunteers
Volunteers are not employees, and the legal duties owed to them differ. That said, where a volunteer is doing work that would trigger a vaccination requirement if an employee did it, the sensible and defensible position is usually to treat them the same way. We will quote either way. The decision is yours, and it is worth taking with your trustees rather than leaving to the operational team.
The standard service
Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. Seasonal flu vaccine, individual clinical screening, pharmacist administration, anaphylaxis cover and uptake reporting within 48 hours, all included. The clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport, and vaccinations are charged only when given. Beyond 100 miles of central London, we run full-day clinics only, whatever your team size, and travel or overnight costs may be added to your quote.

We only have twelve staff. Is a clinic worth it?
The per-person cost rises below around fifteen at one location. We will still attend, and we will tell you plainly when a clinic does not represent value rather than sell you one anyway.
Can we include volunteers?
Yes, on the same basis as staff if you choose. It affects the quote, and it is a decision worth taking at trustee level.
Can we share a clinic with another organisation?
Yes. Charities sharing a building can combine to reach a viable clinic size. We invoice each organisation separately.
