What a Glasgow clinic involves

Glasgow's employment base skews more heavily towards manufacturing, engineering and public sector than Edinburgh's, which changes how clinics run. Production and depot sites need rolling release controlled by a shift supervisor rather than a booked appointment list, and clinics sit at shift handover so staff are vaccinated on paid time. Note also that Scotland's flu season and NHS vaccination programme run to slightly different timings from England's, so if you are co-ordinating with anything NHS-delivered it is worth checking dates before fixing your clinic.

The clinical service is identical wherever we attend. A GPhC-registered pharmacist brings seasonal flu vaccine in validated cold-chain transport, screens each employee individually, administers, observes, and disposes of sharps. You provide a private room with a table, two chairs and hand-washing access. We bring the rest, including the consent and screening forms, which employees complete on the day.

Pricing in Glasgow

Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. A half-day or full-day clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport. There is no minimum contract. You are invoiced only for vaccinations actually administered, so deferrals and no-shows cost you nothing.
