What a Bristol clinic involves

Bristol splits neatly into two clinic types. City centre and Harbourside offices run as standard appointment-slot clinics. The Avonmouth and Severnside distribution corridor is a different job entirely, with multi-shift operations, agency labour that fluctuates week to week, and peak volume building from exactly the point in October when vaccination needs to happen. We schedule those at shift handover and agree agency scope before the date rather than at the door.

The clinical service is identical wherever we attend. A GPhC-registered pharmacist brings seasonal flu vaccine in validated cold-chain transport, screens each employee individually, administers, observes, and disposes of sharps. You provide a private room with a table, two chairs and hand-washing access. We bring the rest, including the consent and screening forms, which employees complete on the day.

Pricing in Bristol

Quoted as a half-day or full-day clinic fee plus a rate per vaccination. Your written quote confirms both for your team, location and clinic arrangements. See pricing and booking details. A half-day or full-day clinic fee covers pharmacist attendance, travel, setup and temperature-controlled vaccine transport. There is no minimum contract. You are invoiced only for vaccinations actually administered, so deferrals and no-shows cost you nothing.
