Choose a date using real attendance patterns, and give colleagues advance notice. If some cannot attend, decide on a separate employer-funded route and explain it clearly. HYL provides workplace clinics; it does not sell a flu-voucher scheme.
Can you work within a secure broadcast or editorial site?
Send visitor-clearance deadlines, escort requirements and the permitted route to the clinic room. Choose a private room away from live studios and recording areas. Clinical screening must not be audible to colleagues or captured by workplace recording equipment.
How do we avoid collecting medical details in our sign-up system?
Use the sign-up list for names or identifiers, slots and contact information only. HYL brings paper screening and consent forms for completion directly with the pharmacy team. Medical questions and reasons for declining should not be posted in a shared editorial or team channel.
Pricing and reporting
Flu clinics are quoted for your arrangements and invoiced only for vaccinations administered. There is no setup fee or call-out charge. HYL provides aggregate uptake reporting within 48 hours; individual clinical records remain with the pharmacy.
